Check-in was easy and accurate. There were many places within walking distance for meal choices. The computers in the business center were reliable for quick research and printing a boarding pass, which was helpful for my travel plans as a single traveler.

The snack/bar area in the lobby was limited. The room view was not one of the better ones available.

This was an excellent fit for my trip in Houston with good value. The location was convenient, right by great shopping spots. Be careful with personal items. reported issues about items being stolen from rooms.

Decent Stay, but Parking Surprise

The staff was super friendly and helped me find a great dinner spot. The room was clean and comfy, and I loved the bar area. Just a heads up though—don’t forget about the $21 parking fee, which caught me off guard. Also, no microwave in the room was a bummer since I like to heat up snacks.

I had a nice chat with a staff member who turned out to be the GM, which made me feel valued, and the comfortable bed was a treat after a long day. The available leisure room and fun outdoor seating were great spots to relax. The only hiccup was the $21 daily parking fee, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊
